Alinity Divine
Alinity was featured in a suit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch user who has filed a suit against Twitch for damages in the amount in the amount of $25 million. The user claimed the platform exposed him sexually explicit videos by female streamers. According to court records that were obtained through Dexerto the plaintiff who had previously filed suit against Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, presented the formal complaint to the court on June 15, seeking a suit, and Twitch itself was issued an formal summons on June 19. In the complaint that was filed with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from various medical conditions that force him to completely rely on the internet to get his entertainment needs, as well as having an obsessive-compulsive disorder, and sexual addiction, which the complaint claims Twitch is only making worse. According to the complaint "the female streamers remain exposed to Twitch viewers who want to be entertained by watching people play video games but are instead subjected to sexually addictive content and content on a regular every day schedule." Other than Alinity, these include the following: When requesting relief it demands that all streamers on the list above permanently banned for violating Twitch's TOS, along with $25 million dollars "to be divided between the plaintiff as well as others Twitch Prime Turbo subscribers" the remainder of which will go to a variety of charities.
